We use Mainfreight 2Home for large items (our Crow's Nest roof top tents & large vehicle accessories) & NZ Courier Post for smaller items.

Rooftop Tent Shipping:
- Mainfreight 2Home Depot Delivery: Depot delivery is available from all major Mainfreight 2Home depots. Once you have entered your shipping address on the checkout page, all available depots in your region will be listed for selection.

Delivery Estimates:

- Upper and Central North Island: 2-3 working days.

- Lower North Island: 2-4 working days.

- South Island: 3-7 working days.

 For further details on timing, please contact us. 

- When collecting your Crow's Nest from the depot, please note the package is large (measures 1450mm x 12500mm x 400mm) and will require a trailer, or roof racks to transport. In most cases the package will NOT fit inside your vehicle.

Large Vehicle Accessory Shipping:
- Mainfreight 2Home Door Delivery. Please ensure your address is correct upon checkout as we'll get your order packaged up and sent to your door pronto.

Delivery Estimates:

- Upper and Central North Island: 2-3 working days.

- Lower North Island: 2-4 working days.

- South Island: 3-7 working days.

Rural delivery will take a tad longer (you're probably used to that). 

Roof Rack, Accessory, Camp Gear & Smaller Item Shipping:
NZ Courier Post: 1-3 days (tracked) nationwide. Once you have entered your shipping address on the checkout page, a shipping cost will appear. Unfortunately, we can't post to PO Boxes. Rural delivery will take a tad longer (you're probably used to that).

We accept returns of our goods that are unused and in brand new condition with packaging intact within 30 days of purchase. Please note that you're responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Refunds on returns will be given only on the purchase price (shipping and handling are non-refundable).
