Smoke & Fire extra special fermented hot sauce, a smokey addition to any meal, especially one off a Hotplate.
Fermentation isn't just for alcohol. A 3-week lacto ferment brings a depth of flavour second to none. These jalapeños are then blended with vinegar, roast garlic and spice to make a rich, tangy and smokey sauce.

Woods Equip was born from necessity in Wanaka, New Zealand.
A few years ago, they modified their BBQ so that they could toss it on the back the ute and drive it around the coast to make hot Paua sammies after diving. Needless to say, this wasn't very convenient, but the concept of a portable BBQ was a winner.
Give or take a few years, after a summer spent living out of their cars, a portable BBQ of sorts was designed and made right here in NZ - it was smaller than most, more convenient & the perfect size for a dual burner.
Word got out that they were pretty handy, so they made a few more!
